To achieve this, we have combined a master craftsman care for every last detail with the efficiency of technology, and with them, we fully trust our production.

For us to be able to create premium pieces we follow the highest criteria in quality and sustainability. All our wood is FSC certified and only natural fruit-based oils are applied, allowing the wood to breathe, as it should.

Straw is a natural product that is not dyed or bleached. Irregularities and variations in colour are part of this natural material that is processed all by the hands of local artisans.

Having the background history that made the Portuguese Roots chair what it is today, it makes us proud that it has found its place into the fashion and design museum – MUDE – permanent collection, as well as into the office of the Portuguese President and Prime Minister residence. It has also been recognized with one of the best design awards in the world.
